You would be asked to provide your username or email address and the system administrator will send you by email the user name or password.
Which are the ways of payment for the map ordering? Money deposit at the cashier in the HMGS Sales Department at the Department’s opening hours or sending a postal order at the Kipseli postal office in Athens. For international orders, money deposit is required at a bank account in GENIKI Bank (Syntagma) provided to the client by HMGS through email.
How can I cancel an order? The cancellation of an order can be done only in the case that the order has been registered and not further processing has been done (reservation). You can cancel a specific order through the e-shop application. Search for the specific order you want to cancel with the order number or other criteria. Clicking on the “Order Number” field, the “Order Details” windows appears where you can cancel your order clicking on the “Cancel” button. Please refer also to the “E-shop User Guide”.
